7. The AYe List Data

The AYe List is a community validation system that enables users to evaluate creative content. This section describes the data practices specific to The AYe List feature.

7.1 Data Collected

Vote Data: Your vote selection (Nay, Aye, or Star), the timestamp of each vote, and the content being evaluated
Demographic Information: Age range, gender, and geographic location, collected from AYe List Members to provide audience analytics to Creators
Feedback Comments: Optional written feedback you provide when evaluating content

7.2 Vote Weighting

Votes may be weighted differently based on your verification level. Verified Industry Insiders' votes carry greater weight in score calculations than unverified participants. This weighting mechanism is disclosed to ensure transparency in how validation scores are computed.

7.3 Data Visibility to Creators

Aggregated Demographics: Creators can view aggregated demographic breakdowns of their audience (e.g., percentage by age group, gender distribution, geographic regions)
Vote Totals: Creators can see total vote counts and score calculations
Individual Voter Privacy: Individual voter identities are NOT disclosed to Creators. Your vote remains anonymous to content Creators

7.4 Studio Tier Access

Subscribers to Studio Tier plans may access enhanced analytics, including aggregated demographic data and trend analysis across multiple content submissions. All such data is anonymized and aggregated; no individually identifiable information is provided.

7.5 Vote Data Retention

Vote data is retained for the purpose of calculating and maintaining validation scores. You may request deletion of your vote history; however, please note that deletion may affect the overall scores of content you have previously evaluated, as your votes will be removed from score calculations.

8. Industry Insider Verification

Industry Insider status is a verification program for entertainment industry professionals. This section describes the data practices applicable to Industry Insider verification.

8.1 Verification Data Collected

Employment Information: Current employer name and job title
Professional Credentials: Industry credentials, certifications, or affiliations
LinkedIn Profile: Link to your LinkedIn profile for verification purposes
Supporting Documentation: Any additional documentation you provide to verify your industry status

8.2 Verification Process

Verification requests are reviewed manually by AYe Producer staff. We may contact your employer or use third-party verification services to confirm your professional status. The verification decision is made at our sole discretion.

8.3 Data Retention and Confidentiality

Secure Storage: Verification credentials are stored securely using encryption and access controls
Limited Disclosure: Your specific employer, job title, and professional credentials are NOT shared with other users. Only your verified Industry Insider status is displayed
Credential Display Name: You may choose a display name for your credentials that is shown publicly

8.4 Founding Insider Status

We track and maintain records of users who achieved Industry Insider verification during the Platform's founding period ("Founding Insiders"). This designation is permanently associated with your account as recognition of early participation.

9. Fraud Prevention & Security Data

To maintain the integrity of The AYe List validation system and protect against fraudulent activity, we collect and process certain security-related data.

9.1 Data Collected for Security Purposes

IP Address Logging: We log IP addresses associated with votes and account activity to detect and prevent vote manipulation
Device Fingerprinting: We collect device identifiers and browser characteristics to identify unique devices and prevent multiple-account abuse
Behavioral Pattern Analysis: We analyze voting patterns and timing to detect coordinated attacks or manipulation campaigns
Self-Voting Detection: We employ matching algorithms to identify potential self-voting by comparing Creator IP addresses, device fingerprints, and other identifiers with those of voters

9.2 Use of Security Data

Security data is used exclusively for Platform integrity purposes, including:

Detecting and preventing fraudulent votes
Identifying coordinated manipulation attempts
Enforcing Platform policies against self-voting and abuse
Protecting the validity of validation scores

We do not sell, share, or use security data for marketing or advertising purposes.

9.3 Retention Period

Security logs and fraud prevention data are retained for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of collection. After this retention period, security data is deleted or anonymized, except where longer retention is required by law or for ongoing security investigations.

10. Studio Tier & Data Exports

Studio Tier subscribers have access to enhanced analytics and data export capabilities. This section describes the data practices applicable to Studio Tier features.

10.1 Data Accessible to Studio Tier Subscribers

Aggregated Demographic Data: Anonymized breakdowns of voter demographics across submissions
Genre Trends: Analysis of performance trends by genre, format, and content type
Vote Statistics: Detailed statistical analysis of voting patterns and score distributions

10.2 Anonymization and Aggregation

All data provided to Studio Tier subscribers is anonymized and aggregated. No individually identifiable information about voters or other users is disclosed. Data sets are constructed to prevent re-identification of individual users.

10.3 Export Restrictions

Evaluation Purposes Only: Exported data is provided solely for the purpose of evaluating content and understanding audience demographics
Prohibition on Redistribution: Subscribers may not redistribute, resell, or publicly disclose exported data sets
Derivative Works: Data may not be used to create commercial products or services that compete with the Platform

10.4 Audit Rights

AYe Producer reserves the right to audit Studio Tier subscribers' use of data exports to ensure compliance with these restrictions and applicable law. Violations may result in termination of access to Studio Tier features without refund.

11. Badges & Achievement Tracking

The Platform awards badges and achievements to recognize user participation and accomplishments. This section describes the data practices applicable to badges and achievements.

11.1 Activity Tracking

We track certain activities to determine badge eligibility, including but not limited to:

Number of votes cast on The AYe List
Number of stories validated or reviewed
Participation milestones and anniversaries
Quality metrics such as feedback helpfulness ratings

11.2 Badge Display

Earned badges are displayed on your public user profile by default. Badges serve as public recognition of your Platform participation and achievements.

11.3 Visibility Controls

You may control the visibility of individual badges through your profile settings. You have the option to hide specific badges or disable badge display entirely on your public profile.

12. Introduction System

The Introduction System enables Industry Insiders to request introductions to Creators whose content they find promising. This section describes the data practices applicable to the Introduction System.

12.1 Introduction Request Process

Insider Information Shared with Creator: When an Industry Insider requests an introduction, the Creator receives the Insider's profile information, including their verified credentials, credential display name, and any message included with the request
Creator Information Protected: The Creator's contact information (email, phone) is NOT shared with the Insider unless and until the Creator accepts the introduction request
Acceptance Required: Contact information is exchanged only upon explicit acceptance by the Creator

12.2 Introduction History

We maintain a log of all introduction requests, including the parties involved, request and response timestamps, and the outcome (accepted, declined, or expired). This history is retained for Platform administration, dispute resolution, and safety purposes.

12.3 Reporting Inappropriate Contact

Either party may report inappropriate contact or behavior arising from an introduction. Reports are reviewed by Platform administrators and may result in account restrictions or termination. Reported interactions may be retained as evidence for enforcement purposes.

13. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

14. International Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. We take appropriate safeguards to protect your information in accordance with applicable law.

15. Children's Privacy

The Platform is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it.
